Corruption of Andriy Kobolyev & Yuriy Vitrenko: Who Is to Blame?

It is without a doubt that Naftogaz commands a huge share of the oil and gas industry in Ukraine.  A subordinate of the government, the company is a proven “Monopolist” considering it is the most profitable and sustainable in the entire country.  For many entrepreneurs, this is a dream come true regardless of the industry you choose to venture in.  However, many tend to forget not all that glitters is gold.  This saying goes hand in hand with Naftogaz (NAC) since they have been making it to the headlines and not for good reasons.
